AimanRemy Labs ("we", "our", or "us") operates the XYCrat Google Workspace Add-on. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with the utmost care.

1. Google User Data Use

XYCrat accesses your Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, and Gmail strictly to execute the document automation and merge tasks you configure. We do not use your Google user data for any other purpose, including advertising, tracking, or training machine learning models. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Data Protection Mechanisms

XYCrat prioritizes the security of your sensitive data. All data processing happens entirely within your own secure Google Cloud environment via Google Apps Script. XYCrat does not transfer, transmit, or share your Google user data with any external third-party servers, databases, or external APIs. Your data remains protected by Google's native enterprise-grade security infrastructure.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

XYCrat does not store, log, or retain your Google user data. The application processes your data strictly on-the-fly during script execution. Once a document generation or email sending task is complete, absolutely no user data is kept by the Add-on. Because we do not store your data, there is no data to delete on our end. However, you can instantly revoke the Add-on's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

XYCrat's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means we only use Google user data to provide the core functionality of the Add-on and do not use it for advertising, machine learning, or resale purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

XYCrat does not integrate with or transmit data to any third-party services. The Add-on operates exclusively within the Google Workspace ecosystem using native Google APIs.
