AimanRe Labs ("we", "our", or "us") operates the XYCrat Google Workspace Add-on. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Data We Access

XYCrat requires access to your Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs/Slides, and Gmail solely to perform document automation tasks (merging data into templates, creating PDFs, and sending emails) directly on your behalf.

2. Data Storage & Processing

We do not store your data. All processing occurs within your own Google Cloud infrastructure (Google Apps Script). We do not transmit, save, or share your documents, spreadsheet data, or email contents to any external third-party servers.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

XYCrat's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
